通常要求水的电导率在0.1us/cm(电阻值在10兆欧姆)以上,电池纯水处理传统用来制备电池用超纯水的工艺是常采用阴阳树脂交换设备,该电池纯水处理工艺的缺点在于树脂在使用一段时间以后要经常再生。随着膜分离技术的不断成熟,现在常常采用反渗透过滤工艺,或者是采用一级反渗透后面再经过离子交换混床(或电去离子EDI)工艺来制取超纯水的电池纯水处理。
