电池纯水处理工作原理
Working principle of pure water treatment of battery
电池纯水处理包括蓄电池生产用纯水,锂电池生产用纯水,太阳能电池生产用纯水,蓄电池格板用纯水。电池中电解液的配备对纯水要求十分严格, 通常要求水的电导率在0.1us/cm(电阻值在10兆欧姆)以上,电池纯水处理传统用来制备电池用超纯水的工艺是常采用阴阳树脂交换设备,该电池纯水处理工艺的缺点在于树脂在使用一段时间以后要经常再生。随着膜分河北立体车库 消防报警器塑料配件 电缆接地箱 电缆保护接地箱 塑料土工格栅 消弧线圈装置 离技术的不断成熟,现在常常采用反渗透过滤工艺,或者是采用一级反渗透后面再经过离子交换混床(或电去离子EDI)工艺来制取超纯水的电池纯水处理。

The electrolytes in the battery are very strict with pure water. Usually, the electrical conductivity of the battery is required to be above the 0.1us/cm (resistance value of 10 MEM). The traditional technology used in the pure water treatment of the battery to prepare the ultra pure water for the battery is often used for the exchange of Yin and Yang resin. The disadvantage of the pure water treatment process of the battery is that the resin is used in a section. The time will always be regenerated. With the continuous maturation of membrane separation technology, the reverse osmosis filtration process is often used, or the pure water treatment of ultra pure water is made by using the first stage reverse osmosis after the ion exchange mixed bed (or the electro deionized EDI) process.
